SUPER PARK FACILITY LAMBERT ST. LOUIS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Michael Roth & Associates teamed with a design/build general contractor to provide architectural services for the SUPER PARK Facility at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport. The project cost totaled over $12 million. The SUPER PARK Facility replaces two of the Airport’s current long-term parking lots, Lots A & B, and is part of the plan for the multi-million dollar Airport expansion project.

The new parking facility occupies 35 acres at the intersection of Interstate 70 and Cypress Road. It provides 3,550 parking spaces – a 61% increase over the 2,200 spaces previously provided by Lots A & B. Michael Roth & Associates was responsible for the architectural designs of a Customer Service Building, which includes a customer lounge, vending area, and computer stations for internet access, and the Vehicle Service Building, which provides a location for routine maintenance for shuttle buses. Two entrance and exit structures, fencing, and miscellaneous items were also included in MRA’s design services.
